The initial Obama and Congressional objective was called “Health Insurance Reform”, but the name was later changed to “Health Care Reform”. The original intent was to provide health care to 45 million people in the United States that did not have health insurance, and many believed the 45 million figure included non-citizens. [...]
As long as Liberals and Conservatives remain on polar opposites regarding the Health Care legislation, the United States has a chance at success.
